Section 706A.570 - Hearings: Rulings by presiding officer1. All rulings made by the presiding officer regarding the admissibility of evidence are subject to review by the Authority. Any pending petition or motion that involves a final determination of the proceeding must be referred to the Authority for determination.2. In extraordinary circumstances, when a prompt decision by the Authority is necessary to promote substantial justice, the presiding officer shall refer the matter to the Authority for determination and may recess the hearing pending the determination.Nev.
