Section 706A.410 - Representation of parties; qualifications of attorneys1. A party of record may represent himself or herself or may be represented by an attorney. Any other person who satisfies the Authority or presiding officer that he or she possesses the expertise to render valuable service to the Authority, and that he or she is otherwise competent to advise and assist in the presentation of matters before the Authority, may be allowed to appear on behalf of a party or parties of record.2. An attorney at law who appears as legal counsel in any proceeding must be duly admitted to practice and in good standing before the highest court of any state. If an attorney is not admitted and entitled to practice before the Nevada Supreme Court, he or she must associate with an attorney so admitted and entitled to practice.Nev. Admin. Code § 706A.410
