Section 706A.250 - Insurance

Each transportation network company shall:

1. Before the issuance of a permit, file with the Authority evidence of the insurance required by NRS 690B.470.

2. After the issuance of its permit, submit any changes in the information submitted by the company pursuant to subsection 1 within 5 days after the change occurs.
