Section 706A.220 - Commencement of operations1. Unless otherwise authorized by the Authority, each applicant for a permit or for the transfer of a permit whose application has been granted must commence operations within 30 days after the date on which the permit was issued or transferred or the applicant forfeits the rights granted.2. A transportation network company shall not start operating until the company has complied with all requirements of this chapter and chapter 706A of NRS, unless otherwise authorized by the Authority.Nev.
