Section 706A.120 - "Longer route to the passenger's destination" interpreted

As used in NRS 706A.280, the Authority will interpret the term "longer route to the passenger's destination" to mean any route other than that which a driver knows or reasonably believes would result in the lowest fare to the passenger.
