Section 706.40199 - Accounts for general and administrative expense: Regulatory expensesThe account for regulatory expenses must include:
1. All expenses, except for the pay of regular employees engaged in such work, properly included in company operating expenses incurred by the company in connection with formal cases before the Authority or other regulatory bodies, or in cases in which any regulatory body is a party.2. The amortized portion of such expenses as have been approved or directed by the Authority as being applicable for more than 1 year, originally charged to the account for deferred charges described in subsection 2 of NAC 706.401966.Nev.
