Section 706.426 - Information for filing complaints

The operator of a tow car shall give the person paying a bill for a nonconsensual tow information on procedures for filing complaints, including, without limitation, the name and address of the Authority. This information may be printed on:

1. The bill for a nonconsensual tow if the information is in a prominent place on the bill in 12-point or larger type; or

2. An informational card of a design and wording established by the Authority.
