Section 706.257 - Agreements between carriers: Filing1. A complete copy of any agreement between or among two or more common carriers relating to rates, fares, classifications, divisions, allowances or charges, including, without limitation, charges between carriers and compensation paid or received for the use of facilities and equipment, or regulations pertaining thereto, including, without limitation, procedures for the joint consideration, initiation or establishment thereof, must be filed with the Authority and must comply with the requirements relating to such agreements set forth in NAC 706.257 to 706.269, inclusive.2. Failure to comply with the requirements will result in the rejection of the agreement without prejudice. The agreement must then be refiled when compliance with the requirements has been met.Nev.
