Section 706.175 - Carriers required to obtain warehouse permits: Proof of insurance

A common or contract motor carrier who is required to obtain a warehouse permit pursuant to NRS 712.050 shall, at the time of paying the annual fee, demonstrate proof of insurance as required by NRS 706.291.
