Section 706.164 - Commencement of operations1. Unless otherwise authorized by the Authority, each applicant for a certificate or a permit, or the transfer of a certificate or permit, whose application has been granted must commence operations within 30 days after the date on which the certificate or permit was issued, or forfeits the rights granted.2. No applicant may start operating until he or she has complied with all requirements of the law and the regulations of the Authority, unless otherwise ordered by the Authority.Nev. Admin.
