Section 706.140 - Required compliance and instruction

Every common or contract motor carrier shall comply with NAC 706.1321, 706.1323 and 706.147 to 706.269, inclusive, and shall instruct his or her employees and agents concerned with the transportation of persons or property by motor vehicle with respect thereto.
