Section 706.326 - Contract carriers: Written contract or bill of lading1. All contract carriers shall enter into a written contract or bill of lading before any movement, and shall maintain a copy thereof for at least 3 years in their files available for inspection at any time.2. The contract must contain, but is not limited to, the origin, destination, date of receipt by the carrier of the commodities handled, description, number of packages, weight, rate and charge.Nev.
