Section 706.320 - Contents of schedule of rates and fares1. In addition to the requirements of NRS 706.346, schedules of rates and fares issued by motor carriers of passengers must show fares for round trips where reductions are made and complete information regarding rates based on mileage or commutation, children's fares and rates for baggage and excess baggage.2. If a schedule of rates issued by a motor carrier of freight and express shows rates based on class, the schedule must contain a general description of the articles or commodities in each class.Nev.
