Section 706.4007 - Declaratory orders and advisory opinions: Petition; hearings1. Any interested person may petition the Authority for a declaratory order or an advisory opinion as to the applicability of any statutory provision or any regulation or decision of the Authority. The Authority will retain discretion as to if and how such a petition will be addressed.2. Hearings will be held by the Authority, if needed, to obtain information necessary or useful in formulating a declaratory order or advisory opinion.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.4007
