Section 706.399 - Hearings: Objections regarding admissibility of evidence1. An objection to the admissibility of evidence may be made by any party of record, and the objection must be ruled on by the presiding officer. When an objection is made to the admission or exclusion of evidence, the grounds relied upon must be stated briefly. The presiding officer shall provide an opportunity for a party of record to respond to an objection raised by any other party regarding the admissibility of evidence. The responses must be brief and state the specific grounds relied upon.2. An offer of proof for the record must consist of a statement of the substance of the evidence to which an objection has been sustained.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.399
