Section 706.3947 - Confidentiality of information: "Protective agreement" defined

"Protective agreement" means an agreement pursuant to which a person agrees not to disclose, or otherwise make public, the information requested to be confidential and which specifies the manner in which the confidentiality of the information is to be treated.
