Section 706.3939 - Parties: Rights of parties1. At any proceeding before the Authority, each party of record is entitled to enter an appearance, introduce evidence, examine and cross-examine witnesses, make arguments, make and argue motions and generally participate in the proceeding to the extent allowed by the presiding officer.2.
