Section 706.3937 - Parties: Notice to parties1. The Authority will provide notice of the pendency of any matter before the Authority to the parties to the matter.2. The notice of pendency will specify that the party may, within 10 days after the date of the notice, request a hearing on the matter.3. If no request for a hearing is received by the Authority, it will dispense with a hearing and act upon the matter unless it finds that a hearing is necessary.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.3937
