Section 706.1295 - Severability

If any provision of NAC 706.010 to 706.4019, inclusive, or any application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, the Authority intends that such invalidity not affect the remaining provisions, or their application, that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.
