Section 706.070 - "Interchange of equipment" defined

"Interchange of equipment" means the physical exchange of equipment between common motor carriers or the receipt by one carrier of equipment from another carrier, in furtherance of a through movement of traffic, at a point or points which the carriers are authorized to serve.
