Section 706.058 - "Equipment" defined

"Equipment" means a motor vehicle, straight truck, tractor, semitrailer, full trailer, combination tractor and trailer, combination straight truck and full trailer, buses and any other type of equipment used by authorized carriers in the transportation of property or passengers.
