Section 706.963 - Briefs; oral argument1. In any hearing, the Authority or Administrator may order briefs to be filed within the time allowed by the Authority or Administrator. Nine copies of briefs must be filed with the Authority when the hearing is before the Authority and two copies with the Administrator when the hearing is before him or her. They must be accompanied by an acknowledgment or an affidavit showing service on other parties of record.2. The Authority or Administrator may in their discretion, following the filing of briefs or upon contested motions, set the matter for oral argument. Ten days' notice must be given to all parties of record, unless the Authority or Administrator deems a shorter time advisable.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.963
