Section 706.510 - Trip sheets1. The Administrator may confiscate a daily trip sheet at any time for good cause after first furnishing the certificate holder, driver or independent contractor with a duplicate or substitute copy of the sheet.2. A simple receipt for a confiscated trip sheet is sufficient if the sheet is confiscated more than 10 days after the date of the sheet.Nev. Admin. Code § 706.510
