Section 705.070 - Clearances of electrical construction1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, all clearances of electrical construction over, above, adjacent to, along or across railroads must conform to the requirements specified in the National Electrical Safety Code as adopted by the Commission pursuant to NAC 704.450 or in such other or further regulations as may be adopted by the Commission.2. The provisions of subsection 1 do not apply to an installation at a clearance if that installation complied fully with the requirements for installations at the time it was installed.Nev. Admin.
