Section 704A.320 - Exceptions for special circumstances

In unusual circumstances, if adherence to NAC 704A.020 to 704A.310, inclusive, becomes impractical or impossible for either person, then the utility or the applicant, before commencement of construction or installation, may refer the matter to the Commission for a special ruling or for the approval of special conditions that have been mutually agreed upon.
