Section 704.414 - Credit to account of customer1. A utility shall, if it verifies that a credit is required under the provisions of this section, credit the account of a customer for incomplete calls, unanswered calls, wrong numbers, or poor quality of transmission.2. The requirements of this section apply only to: (a) IntraLATA toll calls; and(b) InterLATA toll calls for which the utility is directed to allow a credit by the carrier or its agent.Nev. Admin.
