Section 704.79977 - "Parties to the proposed transaction" defined

"Parties to the proposed transaction" means the persons that are the subjects of the proposed merger, acquisition or change in control of an energy utility, including the applicant, the energy utility and, if applicable, the entity that holds a controlling interest in the energy utility.
