Section 704.9153 - "Purchased power procurement plan" defined

"Purchased power procurement plan" means a plan which establishes the parameters of a purchased power portfolio for a utility and which balances the objectives of:

1. Minimizing the cost of purchased power;

2. Minimizing retail price volatility; and

3. Maximizing the reliability of purchased power over the term of the energy supply plan.
