Section 704.9099 - "Fuel procurement plan" defined

"Fuel procurement plan" means a plan which establishes the parameters of a fuel supply portfolio for a utility and which balances the objectives of:

1. Minimizing the cost of fuel;

2. Minimizing retail price volatility; and

3. Maximizing the reliability of fuel supply over the term of the energy supply plan.
