Section 704.9025 - "Cogeneration" defined

"Cogeneration" means the simultaneous generation of electric and thermal energy by a facility owned by a utility's customer, where both forms of energy are put to beneficial use, whether or not the energy is used exclusively by the customer or is supplied to the utility.
