Section 704.7941 - Natural gas service is classified as potentially competitive service under certain circumstances

If the Commission receives a request to classify a natural gas service as a potentially competitive service and the request satisfies the requirements set forth in NAC 704.7939, the Commission will classify the service as a potentially competitive service.
