Section 704.8771 - Small power production facility" defined

" As used in NAC 704.8771 to 704.8793, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, "small power production facility" means a facility which complies with the provisions set forth in 18 C.F.R. § 292.204 as it existed on April 1, 1991.
