Section 704.6825 - Billing for services1. A small-scale provider of last resort shall separately identify on a customer's bill, other than a customer of Centrex, any charges for maintaining inside wiring and clearly indicate that such maintenance is an optional service.2. A small-scale provider of last resort may not charge a new customer for maintaining inside wiring unless the customer specifically requests the service.3. Before January 1, 1991, and every 2 years thereafter, a small-scale provider of last resort shall include in each customer's bill: (a) Notification that maintenance of inside wiring is an optional service;(b) A description of that service; and(c) The telephone number to call to initiate or terminate the service.Nev.
