Section 704.680361 - Discovery; service1. Objections to requests for discovery, if any, must be made to the party requesting discovery not later than 3 business days after the date on which the request for discovery is made. A response to a request for discovery must be served on the party requesting the discovery not later than 10 calendar days after the date on which the request is made. A dispute concerning discovery may be resolved through a conference call between the parties and the presiding officer.2. All service between the parties must be made pursuant to NAC 703.680.Nev.
