Section 703.752 - Interim order1. The Commission or the presiding officer may, in the course of a proceeding and before entering a decision or a recommended decision, issue an appropriate written interim order.2. An interim order is not subject to exceptions or petitions for rehearing, reconsideration or reargument, but any party of record aggrieved by the interim order may file a written motion to set aside, stay or modify the order.Nev.
