Section 703.421 - Notice of application for approval by appropriate federal agency to construct utility facilityA notice of an application for approval by the appropriate federal agency to construct a utility facility which is filed with the Commission pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 2 of NRS 704.870 must contain the following information:
1. The name, address and telephone number of the person who filed the application with the appropriate federal agency.2. The date on which the application was filed with the appropriate federal agency.3. A general description of the location of the proposed utility facility.4. A general description of the proposed utility facility.5. Proof that a copy of the notice has been submitted to the Nevada State Clearinghouse within the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.Nev. Admin. Code § 703.421
