Section 703.4192 - Utility facilities: "To supply water" and "treatment of water" interpreted

As used in NRS 704.860, the Commission will interpret facilities "to supply water" or for the "treatment of water" to mean facilities where surface water or groundwater is treated to make potable water for distribution to customers.
