Section 703.2713 - Service of application for change in rates; compliance with provisions regarding notice

A small-scale provider of last resort shall serve a copy of the application on the governing body of each county, municipality and general improvement district whose residents would be affected by the proposed changes in rates. The applicant must also comply with the notice provisions set forth in NAC 703.27146.
