Section 703.2215 - Information to be filed with application

Except as otherwise provided pursuant to a meeting held pursuant to NAC 703.22073, the applicable statements and schedules prescribed under NAC 703.2265 to 703.2452, inclusive, and an index of these statements and schedules must accompany the application when it is filed with the Commission. The index must indicate which statements and schedules are supported by workpapers prepared by the applicant.
