Section 703.278 - Recording of approved rates

If the Commission approves an application for new or revised depreciation rates, the approved rates must be recorded in the books and records of the utility not later than 12 months after the date of approval unless otherwise directed by the Commission or any other regulatory or judicial body having jurisdiction over the premises.
