Section 703.277 - Statement B

Statement B must consist of the methods and procedures used in the study of depreciation and the basis for the final selection of the parameters utilized. The statement must include a description of previously utilized and authorized methods and procedures and a description of any changes in those methods or procedures proposed in this application.
