Section 702.450 - Audits and investigations1. On its own initiative or at the direction of the Commission, the Regulatory Operations Staff may conduct an audit or investigation of any public utility, municipal utility or retail customer that is required to collect or remit money for the universal energy charge.2. After completing an audit or investigation, the Regulatory Operations Staff shall report its findings to the Commission and recommend any enforcement or collection action.Nev. Admin. Code § 702.450
