Section 702.410 - Requirements for remitting money to Commission

Any money remitted to the Commission pursuant to NRS 702.160 and 702.170 and NAC 702.150 to 702.450, inclusive, must be remitted to the Commission by a money order, bank draft or check that is made payable to the Commission.
