Section 701B.270 - Eligibility of applicant who withdraws from Program or does not complete installation of solar thermal system

An applicant who withdraws from the Program or does not complete the installation of a solar thermal system:

1. For private residential property or small business property, within 12 months after the expiration date on the confirmation notice; or

2. For school property or public and other property, within 30 months after the expiration date on the confirmation notice, must reapply as a new applicant and satisfy all requirements of the Program in effect at the time of reapplication to be eligible for a rebate.
