Section 701A.300 - Definitions

As used in NAC 701A.300 to 701A.370, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, the words and terms defined in NRS 701A.110 and NAC 701A.303 to 701A.350, inclusive, have the meanings ascribed to them in those sections.
