Section 701A.290 - Waiver of requirements by Director

The Director may waive one or more of the requirements of NAC 701A.010 to 701A.290, inclusive, and section 1 of this regulation applicable to an applicant for a partial tax abatement if, in the judgment of the Director, the failure to waive the requirement would produce an unjust result.
