Section 701A.030 - "Building or other structure" defined

"Building or other structure" means an improvement on real property that is being considered for or has been granted certification by Green Business Certification Inc. or the Green Building Initiative. The term does not include an improvement on real property the principal use of which is as a parking facility for vehicles.
