Section 701.Sec. 4 - NEW

A manufacturer may use any existing mark, label or tag which connotes compliance with the standards of energy efficiency adopted pursuant to NRS 701.768 and 701.770 to comply with the requirements of subsection 5 of NRS 701.774.
