Section 701.670 - Eligibility for loan and financing from Account1. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person may apply for funding from the Account.2. To be eligible for funding from the Account, the person must submit a complete application to the Director and the Director must determine that the applicant is qualified to receive funding from the Account.3. The following activities are not eligible for funding from the Account:(a) Research or general planning;(b) Refinancing of existing debt;(c) Purchase of land or water rights; or(d) Operation and maintenance.Nev.
