Section 701.629 - "Larger energy conservation project" defined

"Larger energy conservation project" means an energy conservation project which:

1. Is for a facility which is 50,000 square feet or more;

2. Has a total project cost of $120,000 or more; and

3. Significantly improves the energy conservation within the facility.
